General Terms and Conditions - Techweise steam cleaner rental
Below you will find the general terms and conditions that apply to renting our NV 286 steam cleaner. By using our services you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.0 Return costs
- Techweise will pay the return costs. However, the customer is responsible for purchasing a return label from DHL or PostNL. The purchase amount will be credited upon receipt in our warehouse. (takes into account €6,-.)
2.0 Borg
- A deposit of €45 is required when renting the steam cleaner.
- If the item is returned incomplete, damaged or late, the deposit will not be refunded.
3.0 Return process
The customer must return the steam cleaner on the agreed date. If the item is delivered too late to the delivery service for return, we reserve the right to withhold the €45 deposit. If there is a delay at the delivery service itself, the deposit will not be withheld.
4.0 Using the steam cleaner
The customer must use the steam cleaner according to the supplied instructions. Any damage caused by incorrect use is the responsibility of the customer.
5.0 Cancellation
If the rental is canceled within 48 hours before the agreed rental date, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
6.0 Liability
- Techweise B.V. is in no way liable for any damage resulting from the use of the steam cleaner.
- The customer is liable for damage to third parties caused during the use of the rented steam cleaner.
7. Maintenance
The customer must properly maintain the steam cleaner during the rental period in accordance with Techweise's instructions.
8.0 Disputes:
Disputes are initially attempted to be resolved through mutual consultation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent court.
By renting our steam cleaner you agree to the above conditions. Techweise reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
